Location: Wells, Somerset

Avoca Construction is currently working on the full refurbishment and fit-out of the Kings Head, Wells.  The project consists of the following:

 

 - Full strip out to all areas.

 - New front and back bars.

 - A structural extension to the trade area.

 - A new disabled loo.

 - New ladies and gents loo to template specification.

 - New carpets and flooring throughout.

 - Full internal and external decoration packages.

 - A new commercial kitchen.

 - Forming a new managers accommodation.

 - Forming a new games room.
